At Blue Lotus we have a wide array of classes for students of all levels. Our first level of class we recommend is Gentle Yoga, especially if you are brand new to yoga, or enjoy a slower pace. All Levels Flow and Align Yoga is the next step up, followed by Vinyasa Flow which is a more traditional flow class.

In addition we have a wide variety of other classes. Need to destress and experience a deeper rest in yoga? Try Yoga Nidra or Yin Yoga. Want to play with functional mechanics or strength? Try TRX or Body Sculpting.
