Strength & Endurance Conditioning

Strength & Endurance Conditioning is a form of body conditioning that incorporates bouts of resistance exercise, endurance training, and high intensity intervals performed consecutively for a metabolic effect.  A variety of exercises using one’s body weight with the option to add resistance with tubing and dumbbells enhances aerobic conditioning, muscle tone/strength, coordination, and flexibility. SMR may improve your ability to perform daily and recreational activities and even increase sports performance.
