DAY OF SPRING REJUVENATION

Join Chef Collette and Jennifer Reuter for a:

 Day of Spring Rejuvenation.

This event will include yoga, mindfulness, meditation, journaling, gourmet vegan lunch, mindful walking under the monkey pods, yin, sound healing and mantra with Ruby Lee.

Your Hosts: 

Chef Collette creates vibrant, healthy, and delicious cuisine, yoking wholesome food with wholesome living.

Her lifelong love of cooking and sharing memories around the table has led her to obtaining her Associates Degree in Culinary Arts and working under Chef Robynne Maii at Fête.

Collette has been a student of yoga for over 20 years and is the co-founder/teacher at the North Shore Yoga Co-op. 

Jennifer Reuter, director of Blue Lotus and Senior Teacher.  Her teaching is shaped from over 20 years of training in various yoga styles along with leading teacher training studies for over a decade.

She is a certified Mindfulness & Yoga Nidra teacher along with over 12 years of deep studies in the Kashmir Shaivite tantric meditation tradition. 

She is passionate, patient, caring and attentive to the people in her classes. She is committed to making yoga accessible and sustainable.
