Registration and Payment

Registration:

If you have not yet done so, please download and complete the registration form. We must have this completed form before the program begins.

Fees:

$200 deposit if not fully paid in advance.
 
$3,300 total if paid by February 20th, 2009.
 
$3,500 total if paid by March 10th, 2009.

PLEAST NOTE: The early registration period ends on Feb 20th. If payment is not made in full prior to this date, the total due will be $3500.
